A CONSIDERED EXPERIENCE

Privacy & cookies

When you place an order or send an enquiry, Valkyrian Artifacts stores the details you provide so our team can handle your request, arrange payment and delivery, and help with your order.

The information we use

Orders include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, chosen products, notes, and order and payment status. Enquiries include your name, email, and message. We do not collect card details on this website. Authorized staff can access order and enquiry information.

Essential storage

Your shopping bag is saved in your browser. After checkout, your browser also keeps a private order access token so you can view your order. Anyone with your private order link can access those order details; please keep it safe. Removing browser storage may remove your saved bag and order access.

Optional Meta tracking

With your permission, we may use Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events to understand visits, product views, additions to bags, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. A submitted order is not treated as a purchase until our team confirms payment. Tracking information may include product identifiers, order value, currency, browser information, and a purchase event identifier. Contact details may be hashed before server-side matching with Meta.

You can choose “Essential only” in the cookie banner or change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or ordering. Your preference applies to this browser; information already sent before a withdrawal cannot be recalled from here.

Service providers

The site uses hosted infrastructure to store and deliver the website, order records, and product images. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. These services can process technical connection information necessary to provide their services.

Questions and requests

Use the product enquiry form in the footer to ask about your information or request corrections or deletion. Please include your order reference when relevant, but do not send payment passwords or card details.
